Our breakfast sandwich is a classic done well. Farm-fresh egg, aged American or cheddar cheese, choice of bacon, sausage, or ham, on a buttered kaiser roll. Made to order, the egg is cooked when you order, not pre-portioned. Vegetarian option (skip the meat, add avocado for +$1) available at the same $9 price. Served all day, 8 AM to 5 PM. Our most-ordered food item.
Kaiser roll split and toasted with butter. Egg cracked and cooked to order (over-medium is default; ask for scrambled if you prefer). Slice of aged American or cheddar (your choice) melts onto the egg. Bacon, sausage, or ham added if you want protein. Pressed together in the sandwich press for 30 seconds so the whole thing bonds. Wrapped in foil for takeout, or served open-face on a plate.
Skip the meat for a $0.50 discount, or add avocado (+$1), everything bagel seasoning (+$0.50), pickled onions (+$0.75), hot sauce (free), or upgrade to a bagel or croissant (+$1.50). Gluten-free bread substitution available on request.
Flat white is the classic pairing. Iced matcha latte is the second-most-ordered. Drip coffee or cold brew work if you want something less milk-heavy. Not recommended: pairing with anything sweet, the savory sandwich is already the meal.
