Our avocado toast is intentionally simple. Toasted sourdough from a Brooklyn baker, half an avocado smashed to order with fresh lemon juice and salt, dressed with red chili flake and finishing salt. That's it, no eggs, no radish garnish, no drizzle. If you want variations we can add a soft egg ($2) or turn it into a full grain bowl ($12), but the base is deliberately restrained. Vegan by default. Served all day, 8 AM to 5 PM.
We use a naturally-leavened sourdough from a Brooklyn bakery, dense enough to hold up under smashed avocado, sour enough to balance the fat. Two thick slices per order. Gluten-free bread substitution available on request (no upcharge).
Half a Hass avocado per order, smashed with a fork after being lightly seasoned with fresh lemon juice, kosher salt, and a crack of black pepper. Not pre-made, smashed to order so the color stays green and the texture stays chunky, not paste-like.
Soft egg (+$2), everything bagel seasoning (+$0.50), thinly-sliced radishes (+$1), pickled onions (+$0.75), microgreens (+$1), cracked-pepper feta (+$1.50). Most customers order it plain. The base is genuinely enough.
