Arty and Dilyara, a married couple, lifelong Brooklyn residents, both invested in the Bushwick neighborhood specifically. Café Mia is named after their daughter. The cafe is part of the Stashmaster family of businesses, which includes the flagship Stashmaster creative space directly across Broadway. Both are still involved in the day-to-day; you'll see them at the cafe regularly.

Ceremonial-grade matcha, exclusively (no culinary-grade matcha in any drink we make). Locally-roasted specialty coffee, rotating seasonally. House-baked pastries, croissants, danishes, scones, muffins, made from scratch in-house each morning starting at 4:30 AM.
