The matcha shot is our purest matcha preparation and the drink matcha aficionados order. 2g of ceremonial-grade matcha, sifted, whisked with 2oz of 175°F water using a bamboo chasen. The result is a bright green, slightly foamy 2oz drink with intense matcha character, no milk to mellow it, no sugar to sweeten. Meant to be drunk in 2-3 sips.
