Stashmaster Loyalist Social Club
Every night after 5 PM, Café Mia transforms. As part of the Stashmaster family, our space becomes a members' social club, a place for conversation, community, and connection.
No screens required. Just people, in the same room, doing the rare thing.

Café Mia hosts a mix of open community events during cafe hours and private evening bookings in partnership with the Stashmaster Loyalist Social Club. What's happened at Café Mia in the past year:
Community Coffee Hours — Every Saturday 9–11 AM. Free. Pull up a chair, meet neighbors. No agenda, no RSVP.
First Friday Artist Receptions — Every first Friday of the month, 6–8 PM. Meet the Bushwick-based artist whose work is on the walls. Wine and light bites.
Pop-up markets — Local makers, ceramicists, and neighborhood artisans set up in the cafe several times per year. Follow @cafemiabk for dates.
Private brunches — birthday parties, baby showers, and small gatherings — the cafe reserved for the morning.
Team off-sites — remote teams book us for the day: coffee, food, Wi-Fi, plenty of tables, no distractions.
Workshops — cooking demos, book launches, writing workshops, small classes.
Album listening parties — hosted in the evening space, in partnership with Stashmaster.
Film and photo shoots — the cherry blossom room photographs well; we host commercial and editorial shoots by arrangement.
How to book a private event
Email [email protected] with your date(s), expected guest count, format (seated brunch, standing reception, workshop, etc.), and any specific needs.
We respond within 48 hours. If the date is available, we send a proposal.
50% deposit holds the date. Final headcount confirmed 5 days before.
Full pricing tiers, capacity, and event formats are on our private events page. For anything under 15 people we can usually accommodate on 2 weeks notice; larger events need 6 weeks.
The evening social club
The Stashmaster Loyalist Social Club uses the Café Mia space from 6 PM to midnight, nightly. It's members-only (part of the broader Stashmaster community program), but public events happen there periodically — book launches, film screenings, curated dinners. Follow @cafemiabk for announcements.
